Emily understands that people may struggle to manage the intense feelings that come up in their everyday lives. Thus, she helps individuals explore personal challenges, establish healthy coping strategies, and create a happier future for those she has the honour of working alongside.
Emily adopts a solutions-focused and narrative-based approach that focuses on utilizing a client’s strengths to create the change that they wish to see in their lives. She understands that taking the first step is never easy, but believes that together, you can discover the best course of action for you!
